Orders generally leave our facility within 1-2 business day after the order is placed (excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays). When you select your shipping method, you will be provided various shipping speed options. We ship orders via Fedex, UPS, or DHL ECommerce. 

Exceptions: 
Orders shipped to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping rates are the same, but shipping times may be longer than quoted.
Shipping times will vary for international orders.

Please check your address information carefully before placing your order. 
Please note: Areas impacted by extreme weather conditions may result in a delay in delivery. We will alert you via email if your shipment will be delayed beyond that time for any reason.

What is your shipping policy?

We source all of our gourmet licorice from artisanal chefs worldwide (literally!) For example, we have flavors that are from Australia, Finland, Italy and The Netherlands!

Where is your Licorice made?

Look for "Have a Discount Code? Click Here" 

If you are using a phone or tablet, the discount code field can be found on the final page of the checkout process. This will go back and apply the discount to your order.

If you are using a computer, you will have the option to enter this discount code once you start the checkout process. If you happen to be using an Express Pay method (Apple Pay, PayPal, Shop) you will have a chance to enter on the final checkout page.

Note: Only one discount code per order may be used.

Where do I enter my discount code/gift card?

Of course! It's super simple. When you add an item to your cart and ready to checkout, click on "Is this order a gift", "Add a personalized note", fill in your message, 'save message' and you're good to go!

Due to food safety & health regulations, products cannot be returned, even if unopened.

If your licorice or tubes are damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us at hello@licorice.com so that we can evaluate the issue.

Thank you for your recent order! Your order will be shipped out to you ASAP. Based on your selected shipping method, please keep in mind that our Business Days reflect a standard Monday through Friday schedule, 9am-5pm EST.
