Can I make changes to my shipment?Updated 10 months ago

In limited cases, we are able to make changes to an order prior to being shipped. Once a package is shipped or in the final stage of fulfillment, we are not able to make any changes to the order. This includes the delivery method and shipping address. 

Please email us ASAP at [email protected] for available options. Please include your order number, the intended delivery address, and include “URGENT ADDRESS” in the subject line!

If your order has been returned to us due to a shipping issue, please reach out to the email address above for assistance with a reshipment.
